Now is an ideal time to invest in stocks and the housing market with the economy down and low prices for shares of stock. In the United States, expect to see a turnaround in January in that both Obama and McCain have clear plans for the economy and either should be able to instill consumer confidence back into Americans. I have a feeling stocks will soar upwards when a new U.S. President is elected.
